Hello everyone! I would like to introduce to you all our newest writer, Home Cookin. I know that she has several recipes in mind to get posted for you shortly. Here is a sampling of what is to come...an eggplant dish made from scratch and totally on the fly (It was wonderful, and I don't even like eggplant!) and her Great-Grandmother's Butterscotch Cookie recipe.
